Premium quality Chamomile flowers, very large even flower heads, making for a beautifully balanced infusion, pale golden in colour with big floral aromas and hints of spice. The bright, very fresh flavour is richly intense, full of character. A botanical that can be enjoyed anytime of day but most popular for evening drinking.
Grown in a desert area with an arid climate at an elevation of 1200m. Harvested in early June’22, picked, sorted and dried with great care.
Chamomile, a common name for the daisy like plants of the Asteraceae family. This being of the Matricaria chamomilla ~ German Chamomile type, there is also the Anthemis nobilis ~ Roman Chamomile type, both are produced intended as a Tisane. Chamomile is one of the ancient herbs used for culinary and medicinal uses. It is well known and throughly popular as it can help to act as a relaxant.
Brew Guide Per Cup:
Tea 1 teaspoon (3-4g)
Water 100ºc // 300ml
Brew time 2 minutes
Reinfuse leaves to personal taste
