Lightly glazed with tenmoku creating deep woody hues organically blending with orches particularly at the lip and interior base. Smooth feel and soft shine. Rich and deep quality when caught in the sunlight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach handmade and unique, therefore slight variations in shape, size will occur. Handwash recommended.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMichel Pierre François is a French artist potter currently based in Falmouth, Cornwall working in porcelain and using his own glazes crafted using feldspar, Cornish stone and ash from local trees. He has a deep appreciation for the ancient forms of China, Korea and Japan and a passion for their rich tea cultures.
