Low Shino Tea Bowl by Popalini & Jezando
Hand Thrown in Devon
Approximate measurements: 5.5cm height x 10cm width. 130ml.
A beautiful low and wide formed teabowl, stylish and simplistic. Created with great skill and care, clean contemporary lines, balanced proportion and finished with a neat foot ring. All in all holding comfortably in the hand.
Cornish clay with a shino glaze, that’s been wood fired with soda creating a blending of sea greys, peachy orange hues and a fine crackle. Smooth with a satin shine, rich depth of tones and textural qualities including fine granular corrugations that blend and complement to great effect.
Each handmade and unique, therefore slight variations in shape, size and glaze will occur. Handwash recommended.
