Drinking Grades: Top grades of Japanese Tencha leaves, are carefully selected and picked by hand, gently steamed over a water bath, dried & ground by granite stone mills. Resulting in great aroma, flavour depth & umami.

Culinary Grades: Leaves are selected, picked, steamed, dried & ground in a ball mill. Yielding a coarser & more savoury finished powder with less complexity in flavour & aroma than a drinking grade, making it a perfect addition for cakes, ice-cream, smoothies & lattes.
