COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 new ways of operating:

Visitors are advised to wear a face covering and to observe social distancing (being kind and considerate to other people in proximity) as well as to maintain exemplary hand hygiene by touching less and using hand sanitiser upon entry and exit.

Following government guidelines we also need to implement a reduced capacity of visitors at any one time in our small space, there is space for 2 individuals or 1 group, depending on this it may be necessary to wait outside.

We will be wearing face coverings too and always maintain the highest standards of hygiene, with increased attention to touch points throughout the shop space.

Unfortunately whilst the risks continue we will not be able to offer any workshops, tastings or leaf samples - as a frequent touch point and the inclination many have to smell the tea leaves, their very close proximity to many visitors' noses makes them a potential health hazard in respect to the current pandemic.
