Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please do get in touch with us and we will make it our utmost priority to remedy the situation.

If you wish to return an item purchased on our website please post it back to us (or bring it in to our shop at McCoys Arcade) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in the same condition they were posted and exceptions, such as perishables (i.e tea) apply.

In addition to the customers consumer rights we also offer exchanges on teaware and accessories, if in original condition, within 28 days of purchase.

+ teaware and accessories purchased in December 2025 can be exchanged, if in original condition, until the end of January 2026.
