This tea is organically grown!

Beautifully loosely pressed, high quality large leaves and delicate downy buds, a colourful mix of autumnal hues from light and dark woodland browns to orange tan and golden whole leaves giving light aromas of maltiness. The damp leaves giving a honey sweet and fresh creamy aroma with toasted notes and woody scents, also a faint peony fragrance. Quality golden amber tea soup, thick consistency and high clarity, rich, deep developed smoothness, sweet flavour with a creamy mouthfeel that’s lasting on the palate.

This White tea is White Peony grade comprising of large leaves and soft downy silver buds, picked as two leaves and one bud standard, Harvested in Autumn’19 during September’s White Dew (Bai Lu) solar period. Then processed carefully and skilfully following traditional methods. By selecting early autumnal tea leaves the finished tea produces a high quality of sweetness in taste and depth to the floral and fruit aromas.

Brew Guide Per Cup:

Tea 1 teaspoon (3-4g)

Water 90Âșc // 300ml

Time 2 minutes

Re-infuse leaves to your personal taste

Brew Guide ~ Gong Fu Style:

Tea 3 teaspoons (8g of tea)

Water/Temp 100ml / 85Âșc

Brew time 1st a quick rinse of leaves, pour away, 15-20 seconds + for infusions thereafter

Re-infuse leaves to taste 4 - 6 times

If purchasing a tea cake, Preparation:

With care, prise the cake apart using a sharp knife or pick. Gently prise the required amount of leaves from the cake, taking care not the break the leaves. Then separate into loose leaves, and you're ready to brew.
