Early Spring buds picked to create this most excellent tea. Poetically named after the appearance of the finished leaves. The leaf buds are bright golden with soft young details, creating a sweet, smooth tea soup with big honey aromas. Good body to the tea with a sweet, delicate taste and long lasting flavour, good through many infusions.
 
Grown from the Fuyun Nº6 cultivar at around 900m. Harvested in Spring, this being the very first batch by the Chen Family picking just single buds using traditional methods, carefully and skilfully processed.

Feng Shui Guang is in an area at the point of bordering Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces, with high altitudes of over 1000 metres with great conditions for Tea having good coverage of cloud and mist. During the months of January and February the tea garden will often be frozen, allowing for a fresher, brighter and very flavourful Spring harvest.

Water 85-90*c // 300ml
Time 2 minutes
Reinfuse leaves x 3 to personal taste
