Silver Needle is regarded as China's finest tea. Being the highest grade of white tea, only the freshest, newly formed unopened buds are hand picked from the tea plant, still with a silver downiness. Harvested each Spring. Creating a soft and gentle infusion. Light in colour and subtly floral with a pleasant creamy mouthfeel.

Brew Guide:

Tea Flowering Tea Ball x1

Water 70-80ºc // 360ml glass teapot

Brew time 2-3 minutes

Reinfuse leaves x 2 to personal taste

Like with many White teas the flavours within the leaves become more pronounced as the water temperature cools.
