A loosely pressed coin shape with a good distribution of golden bud and leaves with deep burnt tones giving smooth, fruity and forest scents as the leaves slowly unfurl as you brew, the wet leaves releasing wonderful fruity and creamy aromas. The tea soup is rich and thick with a deep colour that gets richer infusion by infusion. The experience of drinking has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and full character and deep, warming feeling. A tea with great quality and vitality that you can comfortably brew and brew.

A blend of leaves harvested in Spring & Autumn from uncultivated ancient trees from Bulang & Huazhuliangzi, traditionally processed and pressed in Menghai County, Yunnan and have benefitted from good clean storage in Yunnan. Sourced by our friends Paolo & Una who specialise in sourcing rare and interesting Puerh with a focus on Qi, predominately selecting teas with excellent Taiwanese storage.
