An elegant Wuyi Rock Tea with a refined character and balanced profile. The dry leaves give a floral, peachy fragrance opening up to reveal a smooth, rounded tea soup with complex fruit notes - white peach, apricot, apple and fig notes take you through the infusions, balanced with a gentle minerality, soft feel and natural sweetness that lingers - a true expression of authentic Wuyi terroir. 

Shui Jin Gui, known as Water Turtle, is one of the famous Si Da Ming Cong (Four Great Cultivars) of Wuyi Rock Tea. The age of the tea bushes is around 50 years old, Grown on the steep cliffs of Lion Hua Peak at 600m. Harvested in Spring by the Chen Family, the leaves have then undergone a medium roast following traditional charcoal roasting techniques being carefully and skilfully processed in Wuyishan.
