Fragrant, light and refreshing. The tea soup is a pale gold colour with a beautiful sweet floral aroma. To taste, a soft white tea matching the smooth floral tones.

These leaves are picked early each spring making a sweet white tea base which is then naturally scented with fresh Jasmine flowers over a period of seven days & nights, layering the flowers over the white tea, before each leaf set is hand rolled into a pearl locking in the aroma so it can unfurl its beautifully delicate flavours in your cup through infusions. High grown and harvested by hand in the mountains bordering Fujian & Jiangxi Provinces with later production in Fuding.

Brew Guide Per Cup:

Tea 1 teaspoon (3g) or 4-6 pearls

Water 80*c // 300ml

Brew time 2 - 3 minutes

Reinfuse leaves x 2 / 3 to personal taste

Like with many White teas the flavours within the leaves become more pronounced as the water temperature cools.
