Tightly hand rolled pearls with greenish silvery tones in the leaf, with a light, sweet bouquet of jasmine scent and floral aromas. After a quick rinse, the wet leaves begin to release and open they give a warming, full aroma of blossom fragrance. The tea soup has great clarity and light yellow tones with gentle floral sweetness. A soft, smooth drinking experience that’s light and refreshing, a lasting flavour, full of floral sweetness and balanced touches of astringency. The pearls unfurl as you brew through the infusions with the soft flavours of the white tea pairing perfectly with the jasmine scent. Like with many White teas the flavours within the leaves become more pronounced as the water temperature cools.

Two leaves & one bud are picked early each spring making a sweet white tea base which is then naturally scented with fresh jasmine flowers over a period of seven days & nights, layering the flowers over the white tea, before each leaf set is hand rolled into a pearl locking in the aroma so it can unfurl it’s beautifully delicate flavours in your cup through infusions. High grown and harvested by hand in the mountains bordering Fujian & Jiangxi Provinces with later production in Fuding.

Tea 1 teaspoon (3g) or 4-6 pearls
Water 80ºc // 300ml
Brew time 2 - 3 minutes
Reinfuse leaves x 2 / 3 to personal taste
