A balanced aromatic blend of excellent quality, visually delightful, fresh aromas of menthol and aniseed, the damp leaves giving a developed and balanced menthol scent together with familiar hedgerow aromas, brewing a deep, rich yellow infusion that has great clarity, smooth drinking, balanced flavour of borage and fennel with a delicate menthol that finishes the sip, lovely lasting flavour, all giving an uplifting, and refreshed feeling to revive you throughout the day.

All locally & naturally grown (free from chemicals and without peat) - harvested by hand, solar dried & hand blended by Gathered & Grown, Ceri & Ben Richards on their sustainable and regenerative five acre herb farm in East Devon. Establishing on this site in 2022, they are dedicated to growing naturally through such practices as no dig methods and are passionate about creating further wildlife habitats and enriching and increasing biodiversity.
