A small production approx 10,000 bricks of hight grade leaf for export by Kunming Tea Factory, Yunnan, China + stored in Dongguang, then in Taiwan. Sourced and stored by Essence of Tea.

Preparation:
With care, prise the compressed tea apart using your hands, a sharp knife or puerh pick. Gently separate the required amount, taking care not the break the leaves and you're ready to brew.

Brew Guide For Gong Fu Style
Tea 7-9g
Water/Temp 100ml / 85ºc
Brew time 1st a quick rinse of leaves, pour away, 15-20 seconds + for infusions thereafter
Reinfuse leaves to taste 4 - 6 times +
