Skilfully and carefully crafted from Cornish clay with a iron wash, woodfired in their recently built train kiln creating a purple-ish plum tone with a mottled effect plus a fine, granular texture, a metallic shine and a little sparkle to the surface - all creating a lovely tactile feeling. The deep tones adding weight and substance to the piece. Finished with a single hole spout with a lovely pour, deep walled lid and beautiful hand hammered brass handle, gently arching to create a wonderful aesthetic balance.

One off piece. Handwash recommended.
