This tea is organically grown! 

Large twisted and curled leaves, with a outstanding proportion of quality golden tippy downiness. A pure amber tea soup giving a robust, rich and malty flavour with chocolatey, caramel notes, beautiful honey fragrance and soft mouthfeel leaving a deep lingering sweetness.

Harvested in Spring from tea trees of the Yunnan (Da Ye) Big Leaf cultivar. The tea trees growing slowly and naturally at an altitude between 1,800-2,100m benefitting from the clean surrounding forest environment. Then undergoing traditional processing techniques.

Brew Guide Per Cup:
Tea 1 teaspoon (3g)
Water 100ºc // 300ml
Brew time 2-3 minutes
Reinfuse leaves to personal taste
